From Bloated & Burned Out to Whole, Honest, and Finally Home
There wasn’t just one moment that cracked me open; there were many.
Friendships crumbling in front of me.
Weight that wouldn’t budge no matter what I tried.
A marriage that felt more like a roommate dynamic than a hot romance.
The quiet question that haunted me more than anything else:
Why hasn’t all the healing I’ve done… actually healed me?
For a long time, I thought if I could just do enough – pull the cards, say the affirmations, read the books… I’d eventually feel whole.
But the real shift happened when I stopped trying to fix myself…
and started listening to the parts of me I’d been avoiding.
What I heard wasn’t pretty.
I saw the abandonment wounds I’d been carrying since childhood.
I saw the subtle manipulations, the self-protection, the parts of me I didn’t want to admit existed … the parts that had developed not because I was bad, but because I was hurting.
Facing all of that?
It was uncomfortable. Humbling. Raw.
The rituals had helped; they brought moments of clarity, glimpses of peace, a sense of power.
But those moments didn’t always hold when things got hard.
I needed something deeper… something that would last when the fear crept back in.
I stopped outsourcing my worth.
I stopped bypassing the truth in my body.
And I started taking radical responsibility for what I was co-creating in my life; not from shame, but from freedom.
And things began to change.
🌿 My 14-year relationship with my husband softened, deepened, and reawakened; sexually, emotionally, spiritually.
🌿 I stopped taking for granted the two best friends I’ve had for a decade and began cherishing them, fully.
🌿 I dropped 15 pounds, cleared parasites from my gut, and started paying attention to every symptom, every “coincidence,” every sign.
🌿 I surrendered- for real- to Divine timing, knowing I am always being guided, even when it’s inconvenient.
🌿 And I remembered the one truth I come back to, over and over again:
“Remember who you are.”
Because the more I remember,
the less I fear.
The less I force.
The more I trust what’s unfolding- even when it doesn’t look the way I thought it would.
That’s what I want to help you feel, too.
Not a false sense of control.
Not a temporary “aha” moment.
But a life that feels like yours again. Honest, embodied, guided from the inside out.
